Services Provided
LOOCH Float Services provides transportation and hauling of equipment, machinery, materials, bins, and other items as agreed upon at the time of booking. We may decline any haul that is unsafe, overweight, improperly loaded, or illegal to transport.
Booking & Cancellations
A haul is considered confirmed once pickup and drop-off details, load descriptions, pricing, and timing are agreed upon.
Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup may be charged a cancellation fee. If the driver is already en route, a minimum trip charge may apply.
Pricing & Payment
Rates depend on distance, time, load size, weight, and any special requirements. Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in interest charges. Additional fees may apply for waiting time, loads not ready, tolls, permits, extra manpower, or failed pickup attempts.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure the load is safe, properly secured, and within legal weight limits. Accurate descriptions and weights must be provided. Pickup and drop-off locations should be accessible for a truck and trailer. Someone must be present to release and receive the load.
LOOCH Float Services is not responsible for delays caused by access issues, traffic, weather, or third-party delays.
Liability & Damage
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, poorly packed or fragile items, or items that shift due to improper client loading. Clients are responsible for ensuring loads do not exceed legal weight limits. Any fines resulting from incorrect information may be billed to the client.
We reserve the right to photograph all loads before transport.
Delays & Scheduling
While we strive to arrive on schedule, timing may be affected by weather, traffic, road conditions, and unforeseen incidents. We are not liable for schedule changes outside our control, but we will communicate updates.
Safety & Compliance
We follow all Ontario transport and roadway laws. We may refuse any load that violates safety, environmental, or legal requirements.
Customer Conduct
We may refuse service to clients who behave abusively, provide false information, make unsafe requests, or attempt to overload or improperly load the trailer.

LOOCH Float Services may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
